About the Owner

 

My name is Kahila and I am the owner and Designated Officer of Walnut Creek Funding, a California Corporation (CA BRE 01406153) which was started in 2004 (NMLS # 302336). I have been a licensed REALTOR (CA BRE 01233520) since 1987, licensed Broker since 2002 and a licensed lender (NMLS 303678).

 

I started in the industry as a file clerk, learning and mastering all aspects of the real estate residential business while working for a local firm, before starting my own real estate brokerage.  After a few years I added the Lender capability to better service my clients as well as to assist other agents' clients seeking an experienced customer focused lender.
