NOTE: We do NOT help tenants find rentals using Craig's List rental listings, private homeowner listings or syndicated sites such as Zillow, Trulia, etc. unless they are being represented by a licensed agent. Non-agent sourcing will be initiated using an executed Buyers Representation Agreement - Exclusive (C.A.R formr BRE), where the tenant agrees to pay the Broker Fee. Click Advanced Searches to search by more criteria, such as # of stories, multiple cities, garage spaces, pool, etc.  When finished, Save your search and you will get email updates for homes that fit your criteria

On Demand Realty Rental Application Package

There are 2 documents you and all tenants over 18 years of age will need to complete and send in so we can assist you. Click the links below for the forms, review, complete and return them via email to Bob@OnDemandRealty.net

• On Demand Realty Rental Application - Download and print our Rental Application Form. NOTE: Complete the form w/o inserting the property address so the form can be saved in your profile for use with any property you desire. There is NO FEE to complete the rental application.

• Agency Relationship Disclosure - Download the agency relationship disclosure that I need to keep on file and share with agents/landlords so they know I am representing your interest. NOTE: This is required to be completed by each tenant over 18 to procce.

Complete one application for each tenant over 18 yrs of age. Scan and email the completed applications to Bob@OnDemandRealty.net  or fax to 866-674-1290. Upon receipt, On Demand Realty will contact you to discuss your needs/wants, the process for searching, applying and touring rental properties.

If you are interested in moving forward, let us know so On Demand Realty can submit each tenants name and email address to our Credit Screening partner.  That partner will email each tenant directly to collect information to complete a "soft" credit check that will be shared with us and used when we present your application. All tenants will responsible for the cost of the credit screening.
