The Benefits of the On Demand Realty Market Reports is that YOU are in control. Click the "Create your own Market Report" and you will be taken to our Advanced Search screen where YOU can
- create customized market reports for areas that interest you.
- select cities, sub-divisions, # Bedrooms, # Baths, Age, # Stories, Size, etc. and get email updates of all the Active, Pending and Sold listings.
- set the frequency of when they are sent to your email!
- expand the list by just clicking the link and learn more about the listings, see them on a map, etc.
- SAVE the results so you will get updates in your email.
Below is a SAMPLE Market Report of data across the Alameda and Contra Costa county area to show you the format.
If you click the address you will see more detail about the home and can view it on a map.
Also, just to the right of the headers Active Properties, Properties Under Contract and Sold Properties, you can click to see all the listings that fit the search criteria that you will set on your report.
