FYI: How Do we Qualify Buyers?

• First, Buyers register on our website. We speak with them individually to find out if they are qualified (been approved, ready to move, have funds, employment, etc.) If not, we work with them to get them qualified and prepared to buy.

• Second, we learn where they are looking and create custom searches for them on our MLS website that match their needs. How much they want to spend, neighborhood, # Bedrooms, # Baths, Stories, Schools, etc. Buyers then get daily email updates of all New, Pending and Sold homes so we can discuss their likes and dislikes.  We get to know them! 

• Third, we review the available homes with the buyer and go see them. But, if there are no homes available, we proactively send postcards like the one you received to find homeowners that might be interested in selling. Then we tour the homes with our buyers, and when their ready, guide them in making an offer.

• Fourth, once their offer is accepted, we coordinate the process to comfortably close in 30 days.

• Couple A - 2 working professionals seeking a 3+ bedroom home near a BART station for commute purposes who have strong incomes, good credit scores and already qualified for a conventional loan.
